The Sun Shuttle offers class-defining professional black car service. The cars are immaculate and new, and stocked with amenities, including a variety of cold drinks. Their communication is great and they stayed on top of airline delays. I have used another Black Car service for years, and I canceled the ride I had booked with that service in order to ride with Sun Shuttle again on my return trip. But the real standout feature of Sun Shuttle is their commitment to making the magic of your trip start the moment you touch down. Our driver, Fabian, was FANTASTIC: friendly, engaging, and helpful. He also has a killer Disney playlist, if you're in the mood for music!!

We won't be booking with anyone else! Fabian was absolutely fantastic! He was super friendly and professional! He met us at baggage claim and welcomed us with a special birthday sign for my son's birthday. We were offered cold drinks for our ride to our resort. In the morning, Fabian was our driver again to take us back to the airport. Again, he was super friendly and professional and offered us a cold drink for our drive. The vehicle was in excellent condition and clean. The car seat was exactly what I requested and installed correctly.

Very clean. Our flight went through several delayed points before and after takeoff totaling up to two hours. I had an infant and a 3 year old who were totally over being stuck in an airplane. Our driver was very courteous, helped with all our luggage and stroller breakdowns. He helped play white noise to get a solid naptime on our drive to disneyworld. It was our saving grace and such a peaceful trip. Highly recommend
